At Traka BELUX (Keytechnik BV), we have an exciting opportunity available for an Account Manager Brussels – Wallonia - Luxembourg.
Your role…
As an Account Manager, you are responsible for carrying out sales activities in Wallonia/Brussels and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg that led to orders for the delivery of intelligent key and asset management solutions.
You analyze the market and assess where opportunities lie.
You translate customer wishes and needs into commercial sales opportunities.
You engage in substantive discussions with customers, identify their needs and offer the right solution.
You identify opportunities, trends and customer needs to stimulate sales.
Together with colleagues, you attend trade fairs to demonstrate the product range and inform existing and new contacts.
Together with other team members, you create additional opportunities within the current and future customer portfolio.
You enjoy…
- Maintaining networks, visiting accounts, establishing contacts and managing leads within the assigned sales territory.
- Drawing up account plans.
- Analyzing customer requests and translating them into concrete solutions.
- Preparing and following up quotations in line with customer requirements.
- Evaluating the quality of delivered products and services together with the customer.
- Ensuring optimal internal and external communication.
- Delivering presentations.
Your experience and background…
- Professional bachelor’s degree (or equivalent through experience), supplemented with relevant training and courses in sales techniques and sales.
- At least 5 years of experience in a commercial field sales role (B2B).
- Good knowledge of decision-making processes within Facility Management and Security.
- Affinity with IT and technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An enthusiastic, positive and proactive attitude.
- The right mindset to function constructively as a team player.
- Fluent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
- In possession of at least a category B driving license.
