Planner
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Planner (fulltime)
Your goal as a Planner is to maintain appropriate inventory levels in line with departmental objectives to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Responsabilities
- Analyze material requirements (DDMRP planning);
- Process purchase orders and confirmations daily;
- Follow up on deviations and problematic deliveries daily;
- Schedule production orders for the factory and warehouse;
- Identify and resolve planning bottlenecks;
- Manage inventory levels and take corrective actions;
- Maintain and ensure the quality of master data;
- Manage articles and parameters in the Pick to Light system;
- Obtain proper documentation from suppliers;
- Maintain and optimize supplier performance;
- Proactively propose and implement improvements within the organization;
- Document work methods and instructions to ensure consistent departmental procedures.
What do you bring?
- Higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working;
- Experience in a warehouse or production environment is a plus;
- A service-oriented work attitude;
- Enthusiasm for implementing and working with digital systems;
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English;
- You are accurate, strong in planning and organizing, a team player, and well-organized.
