Spares Order Office Employee (24-38 hours)

What will you be doing?
As an employee of our order office, you'll be the first point of contact for our sales offices regarding unusual orders and quote requests. You'll ensure that all administrative processes are well-organized and maintain constant contact with internal departments to ensure smooth scheduling, changes, and urgent requests. Your perspective allows you to identify areas for improvement and adjustment.
Some of your responsibilities:
🔹 Administration
- Processing unclean orders in the ERP system
- Supervising urgent orders from request to logistics processing
- Processing price requests quickly and accurately
🔹 Communication
- Coordinating with internal departments and sales offices regarding changes or bottlenecks
- Addressing inquiries from sales offices quickly and effectively
- Communicating signals that impact sales quickly and clearly
🔹 Improvement & Follow-up
- Analyzing bottlenecks using monitoring tools
- Digitally archiving quotes and manual orders
- Investigating and resolving first-line complaints
What do you bring to the table? •
- MBO+ work and thinking level (administrative, communication, or technical)
- Good command of Dutch and English (a third language is a plus)
- Experience with ERP and ticketing systems is a plus
- You work independently, but actively seek collaboration
- You think in terms of solutions, remain calm under pressure, and see opportunities for improvement
- You work in accordance with our ISO 9001 quality system
