Head of Retail Sales



Fully be responsible to develop business development and meet sales target of the retail sales channel and promote the product ranges and manage sales team throughout Vietnam.

Manage and develop the whole retail sales team and show the managerial leadership.



Develop yearly strategic plan to grow the retail business in lign with the company vision.

Achieve set monthly/quarterly/yearly set targets & KPI.

Align with marketing department to promote and create brand awareness for AA/Yale brands within Vietnam

Develop & manage retail dealers network and extend sales channel within the assigned territoties by maximizing opportunity coverage and product penetration.

Build a strong relationship with related parties. Deeply understand the customers’  demands as well as the technical/commercial needs and present our respective products accordingly.

Study competition of each specific customer and prepare win-win quotes of our customized solutions in the compliance with the consutation/direction of the supervisors/company.

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. Coordinate with Marketing Department to delivering an events program, to ensure that brand presence is maximized and strategic objectives are met.

Provide the managerial leadership to the sales team to make sure they are developing and growing with the company.

Constantly and regularly monitor, follow up and report on progress of the customers‘requirements to all stakeholders.

Be the representative for AAVN for customer contacts or/and related events. Live on AA values. Do everything to enhance and to protect AAVN as a company and brand and don’t do anything that can cause disadvantage or damage AA/Yale as a company or brand.


Working Experience:

  • Degree or relevant certification
  • Min. 5 years’ experience in sales, retail business development in the hardware industry
  • Ability to work with cross culture, function and country teams.
  • Experience in retail / trade sales, business development
  • Have a good understanding of branding and dealer network set up
  • Leadership and management
