Site manager (m/f/d) KESO Hamburg

To strengthen our team at our Hamburg location, we are looking for a Branch Manager (m/f/d) KESO to start as soon as possible:

What you can expect:

• Location Manager of the Hamburg branch: Overall responsibility for business development, sales, service, and operational processes
• Market and customer development: Expansion of existing customer business, acquisition of new B2B customers (including specialist retailers, planners, installers, industry), maintenance of key accounts.
• Team leadership and development: Management of an interdisciplinary team (internal and external sales, service/technology); goal setting, coaching, qualification, and performance management.
• Operational management model: Forecasting, budget planning, key performance indicator/P&L management, inventory and order management, process improvements along the customer journey.
• Compliance and occupational safety: Implementation of quality, HSE, and compliance standards.

What you bring to the table:

• Several years of experience in managing a branch office or comparable sales/service management in a technical B2B environment (security/mechanics/mechatronics/electrical engineering an advantage).
• Proven leadership skills and ability to inspire teams to embrace change; strong in target/key figure management and implementation discipline.
• Entrepreneurial mindset (budget, forecast, margins), experienced in using ERP/CRM.
• Strong customer focus, confident negotiator, and sense of responsibility.
• Very good German skills and good English skills; class B driver's license.
