What you will do as our Product Coordinator
As a Product Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our Product Managers to maintain and bring smart, secure solutions to life from launch to performance tracking. You will coordinate across departments like Sales, Quality, Development and Production, ensuring seamless collaboration and clear communication.

You would also:

  • Support product launches, manage documentation, and train internal teams on new features
  • Track and report on product performance metrics to support improvements
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment between Product Managers and other key stakeholders
  • Help ensure our solutions are market-fit, delivered on time, and meet high-quality standards

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:

  • A technical education in Engineering, Technical Informatics or relevant.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a coordinating or support role within product management, product development, or a similar area.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written communication, in Swedish and English.
  • Curiosity and interest in technology, with a hands-on mindset and a genuine enjoyment of being operational.
  • Good project management and analytical skills.

The ideal candidate is confident communicating technical concepts in a clear and engaging way—whether it's supporting internal teams, delivering training sessions, or creating user-friendly technical documentation. Experience with alarm systems or digital key solutions is a strong advantage, as is familiarity with lean and agile ways of working. You’re someone who enjoys collaboration, brings energy to a team, and communicates naturally across departments. A background or education in technical documentation will be considered a major plus.
