What you would do as our Head of Development and Support
You will lead the development and delivery of customer-centric solutions that drive business growth and create value for our customers. You will be responsible for aligning global platforms with local market needs, while leading the Development and Support organization to deliver innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

 

Working closely with commercial teams, product management, and global stakeholders, you will strengthen our market position, enhance the customer experience, and support the growth of our access control and connected care solutions.

 

This role reports to the Head of Business Unit Senior Care Nordics.

 

You would also:
• Drive the solution strategy and growth agenda, turning business needs into market-relevant offerings that create customer value and support sustainable growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to strengthen revenue growth, market position, and customer value propositions.
• Lead, develop, and transform the Development, Software Design, and Solution Development.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across development, focusing on quality, efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
• Establish clear goals, governance, and KPIs while fostering a customer-focused, collaborative, and high-performing culture.

 

The skills and experience you need 
We are looking for someone who has:
• Proven leadership experience within solution development, product management, commercial development, or related functions, with the ability to inspire teams, drive performance, and lead through change.
• A track record of driving growth and innovation, including developing customer-centric value propositions, bringing solutions to market, and creating measurable business impact.
• Experience from technology-driven environments, preferably within access solutions, IoT, connected care, or similar industries, including the development of cloud-based platforms, products, or services.
• Demonstrated success in leading transformation and organizational development, building capabilities, driving continuous improvement, and navigating complex change initiatives.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international matrix organization, build lasting relationships, and communicate clearly in English (Swedish is considered an advantage).
