Your Impact:

As the Head of Global Business Development for Senior Care, you will play a pivotal role in driving partner growth through indirect sales strategies. Collaborating closely with our four regional business units and our dedicated team of export managers, you'll set strategic targets and organize initiatives to expand our reach. You'll have the opportunity to build and lead the "Assisted Living Partner Business Unit," assuming full P/L responsibility and guiding our solutions to new heights. Reporting to the SVP of Senior Care, Global Solutions, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of care technology. 

  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development projects and leverage synergies from acquisitions. 
  • Advocate for partners' interests in discussions with regional product companies to drive global scalability. 
  • Drive sales and orders through indirect channels by strategically prioritizing development efforts for maximum impact. 
  • Develop and follow up on KPIs which supports the BA and division strategy. 
  • Ensure compliance with the organization's policies, values, and standards. 
  • Set forecast, follow up and report on orders and sales through indirect channels.    
  • P&L responsible for the central budget for indirect sales and agree targets with existing regional BA’s to maximize sales in current regions. 
  • Participate and represent indirect channels in the prioritization of product and solution development and ensure ROI and profitability on the selected projects. 
  • Sign contracts according to the applicable authorization instruction 
  • Approve purchases according to the applicable authorization instruction 

 

What You Bring:

A BA/BS degree, with an MBA preferred, focusing on multi-channel sales strategies

Over 10 years of sales management experience, ideally in the care sector. 

Experienced in solution management and recurring revenue development 

Experience from working in a global environment, in a matrix organization, in a scale-up business and/or with international expansion 

Demonstrated success in scaling software-centric solutions and establishing partner programs. 

Experience in software as a service (SaaS) sales and business models. 

Proficiency in the English language, both in speech and writing 

Microsoft Office

Excellent business acumen, and a good understanding of the P&L and how Marketing and Communication can improve the overall business results 

Sales/Commercial executive with a proven track record in successful commercial strategies and ecosystem development.
