Vice President, Finance

We are seeking someone with at least a BS in Accounting or Finance with advanced understanding and twelve or more years of financial and manufacturing management preferably with some construction industry experience.  Supervisory experience is a must as you will have controllers on your team responsible for 100 plus million in annual sales.  Here’s what you would be doing.


  • Provide leadership of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
  • Ensure credibility and integrity of all financial processes.
  • Manage a finance team in a matrix organization.
  • Establish financial strategies by evaluating trends, establishing critical measurements, determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies.
  • Develop organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities, projecting acquisition and expansion prospects, analyzing organization operations, identifying opportunities for improvements.
  • Report financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances and developing improvements.
  • Ensure that all business processes, controls, and audit requirements are maintained, improved and implemented.
  • Drive improvement in controlling and reporting to drive efficiencies and greater insights into the business.
  • Leverage and expand the use of the BI system.
  • Participate in the group’s strategy pricing strategy and its execution.
