  1. Position: HR Admin Manager
  2. Report to: Operational to Country Director and Functional to HR Director
  3. Working time: 8:00 – 17:00 | Monday – Friday
  4. Location: 1F Floor, 146 Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
  5. Responsibility:
  • Administration: Responsible for day to day managing operating all office administrative activities, including but not limited to reception duties, welcoming guests, overseeing office cleanliness, coordinating mail and courier services, managing drivers and vehicle schedules, and guiding and ensuring office safety and fire prevention, etc.
  • Manage facilities management.
  • Set up and running of company events and employees engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.
  • Human resources: Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, selection, performance management, training, development, policy making / implementation, compensation, benefits, compliance & legal matters, and employee relations
  • Coordinate the new hire lifecycle, from recruitment process, pre-onboarding, preparing contracts and offer letters to conducting onboarding orientations, collecting required documentation, and setting up employee in system.
  • Support the payroll task by tracking time-and-attendance, sick/maternity leaves, and managing benefits enrollment.
  • Make plan and implement the training activities as required from time to time
  • Ensure observance to labor laws and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
  1. Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an the same role
  • Previous experience of using an HR Information System and related employee platforms.
  • Digital literate with expertise in using MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent English communication
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
