R&D Project Manager

Location: Guangzhou, China

Entity: STC

Reporting to: R&D Director

Responsibility:

• Take part in new product project establishment, feasibility study and overall scheme generation;
• Make the project plan, manage the schedule, coordinate the R&D resource, ensure that the NPD projects are delivered on schedule, within the requirements of functions and performances；
• Supporting R&D director to Run the daily project management: collect the information and data, follow up and support to solve the problems;
• Meeting with global team for the project related meeting and technical discussion.
• Coordinate the purchase, quality control, manufacturing technology and production resource in the NPD process;
• Write and manage the product documents;

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, master degree preferred: Major in Mechatronics, Electronics, Machinery and Instruments or English, international trading;
• Highly interested in intelligent hardware and smart home products. Have some foundation in machine, electronics, surface technology and forming process. Know clearly the industry trends;
• Familiar with the IPD management methods, platform-based and modular development;
• Over 5-year experience in the electronic and instrument product development;
• Good communication and coordination, fluent oral English communication is must. Able to work independently.
