Service Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a Service Sales Representative in the Greenville, SC area.

 

Expectations

  • Minimum High School Degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of inside sales/customer service experience
  • 1+ years of B2B sales
  • Must be proficient with MS Office applications, i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with customers via phone and in person

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete quotes on preventive maintenance, fire door drop test, repairs, accessories and upgrades
  • Follow up on general service leads
  • Convert new construction installs to end-user service agreements
  • Generate new customers in all Upstate South Carolina
  • Conduct cold calls or first contact calls to potential customers
  • Create log and follow up for leads

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills and the ability to quickly adapt.
  • The ability to build strong relationships on all levels, internally and externally with customers and suppliers.
  • Strong record of well-developed interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to travel 10%-30%
