Facilities & Fleet Manager

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Manager in the Greenville, SC area.

 

Expectations

  • Minimum of HS Diploma
  • 5+ years of customer service management or 10+ years of customer service experience
  • Must be familiar with MS Office applications, i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to learn new systems and proven record for training team members
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25%

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Management and development of Customer Service Team
  • Manage customer escalations
  • Invoice approvals
  • Master CSR functions:
    • Book and create work orders for new equipment.
    • Complete and send transmittals to vendors for each product based on predetermined scope and price from purchasing.
    • Release orders in vendor portals based on predetermined scope and price from purchasing.
    • Build and maintain job folders.
    • Coordinate ship dates based on information from the sales team.
    • Alerts vendor to missing and damaged shipments.

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, strong presentation skills and the ability to quickly adapt.
  • The ability to build strong relationships on all levels, internally and externally with customers and suppliers.
  • Strong record of well-developed interpersonal and collaborative skills

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, and a hands-on approach to business will be important competencies
