Financial Controller (m/w/d)
Financial Controller position within the SKIDATA Business Area. The role reports to the SKIDATA CFO. This Financial Controller role works with the consolidation of month-end closings, forecasts and plans, with a focus in accuracy and variance analysis in order the insure high standards of reporting within the group, The may work on the financial integration of acquisitions. The position may also deals with transfer pricing, internal control and compliance.
What You’ll Do
- Support the month-end consolidation of results within the SKIDATA: forecasts and budget.
- Ensure accuracy in reported data from the subsidiaries: both from a timing- and quality-perspective
- Closely cooperation and collaboration with Business Application Team and Regional Finance
- Support Balance sheet reviews and variance analysis
- Ad-hoc support to SKIDATA subsidiaries and roll out of central initiatives/projects
- Support in integrating newly acquired companies into the SKIDATA and ASSA ABLOY reporting requirements, including acquisition accounting.
- Planning and executing legal mergers.
- Coordinate compliance activities (export control, anti-bribery and antitrust).
- Facilitating training activities for team members involved in reporting
- Follow up and support improvements based on internal audit reports.

What You Bring
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or similar
- 5-7 years relevant experience from an international auditing firm and/or from accounting and controlling in a large international company.
- Familiarity and Good understanding of ERP and Financial management systems (experience from HFM are beneficial)
- Fluency in English (both verbally and in writing)

We offer a competitive salary based on your qualifications and professional experience. The minimum collective agreement salary for this position is € 2.471,00 gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be market-competitive and will significantly exceed the minimum collective agreement salary.
