We are currently looking for a position of a Business Development Manager – Kentix Solutions (Poland) at Roger to join our team.

 

Purpose of the Role

 

The purpose of this role is to drive the commercial development and sales of Kentix solutions within the data center sector across Poland, while being formally employed by Roger, a company within the ASSA ABLOY Group. The role focuses on building a strong presence in the data center market by developing strategic relationships with operators, integrators, and consultants, and positioning Kentix as a trusted provider of physical security and environmental monitoring solutions for critical data center infrastructure.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Provide expert advice to our customers on Kentix’s innovative data center products
  • Build and maintain a network of integration partners and planners on an international level
  • Conduct training sessions, webinars, and presentations on our data center solutions
  • Collaborate closely with and support our sales colleagues on technical and strategic matters
  • Contribute to the exploration and development of new international markets

 

Your Profile

 

  • Completed education or degree related to data centers, ideally in consulting, sales, or technical fields
  • Solid experience in data center applications and a deep understanding of the value chain in the data center environment
  • Knowledge of certifications and processes in data centers, e.g., ISO, TIA, or other relevant standards such as EN 50600
  • Existing business network in the data center sector with active contacts you can leverage
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on mentality and high self-initiative
  • Excellent communication skills in Polish and English (business fluent)
  • German language skills are considered a strong asset
