Key Account Specialist

Location: Gdańsk ul. street Leona Droszyńskiego 24, 80-381 Gdańsk

The company is a leading manufacturer of technical steel doors, wooden doors, doors and walls made of steel and aluminum profiles, fire gates, as well as doors for residential construction.

 

Duties:

• Active acquisition of new customers

• Implementation of the ASSA ABLOY Mercor Doors sales policy, with particular emphasis on indicators such as: (sales, obtaining orders, market development, supervision of proper customer service)

• Direct ongoing service of a selected group of key clients (negotiations, establishing detailed terms of cooperation)

• Technical advice on products and possible solutions

• Analysis of technical and design documentation

• Comprehensive handling of inquiries/orders (from acquisition to forwarding)

• Preparing offers and contracts

• Support in the complaint process

• Taking care of the good image of ASSA ABLOY Mercor Doors by developing and maintaining good relationships and proper communication with the clients served

• Conducting presentations and training for clients

• Negotiating commercial terms when signing contracts with clients

• Monitoring competitors' activities in the subordinated area

 

Requirements:

• Higher education, preferably in economics, foreign trade or related fields

• Experience in international trade, preferably from the construction sector

• Experience in B2B sales, min 1-2 years

• Knowledge of English at C1 level, knowledge of other languages ​​(including German) is an advantage

• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point

• Availability and category B driving license (field work up to 30% of working time)

• Sales and negotiation skills, active attitude, independence in action

• Good work organization

• Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment

• Knowledge of the construction industry (Europe and Scandinavia) will be an additional advantage

• Experience in contacts with investors, architectural offices and general contractors is welcome
