Project Manager

Project Manager (F/M) – Data Center (Europe)
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead international projects in the Data Center sector and support the expansion of our business across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from bid phase to closing.
- Support key customers: general contractors, consultants, and technical partners.
- Prepare technical & commercial proposals and contribute to specification work.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, logistics, and certification teams.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure planned margins are met.
- Contribute to Data Center market development and strategic growth.
- Travel regularly across Europe (ca. 15% of working time).
Requirements
- Experience in B2B, technical projects, or construction-related solutions; Data Center experience is a strong plus.
- University degree in a technical or commercial field.
- Fluent English; Polish is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, reliability, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM/ERP experience is an advantage.
