External Export Sales Manager

EXPORT SALES DIRECTOR – EXTERNAL
Location: Gdańsk, Leona Droszyńskiego Street, building F2
Responsibilities:
• Development of sales of ASSA ABLOY Mercor Doors products through active customer acquisition and maintaining contacts with existing customers
• Supervision of the established profitability strategy and financial security of acquired projects
• Ongoing analysis of market and sales results, and investment potential in the assigned area in order to take appropriate action
• Monitoring competitor activities in the assigned area
• Controlling costs and optimizing them for the managed area's operations
• Implementation of established sales and margin plans
• Commercial and technical advice regarding products and their sales
• Ensuring the timely and correct execution of prepared offers
• Preparing reports, analyses, and sales forecasts
• Collaboration with key company departments, including the Implementation Department, Finance Department, and R&D Department
• Active participation in development projects related to the commercial offer
• Responsibility for key projects in the region
• Active participation in the company's marketing activities, ensuring a positive company image in the market
Requirements:
• University degree
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• At least 5 years of overall work experience
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Category B driving license
• English language skills, minimum B2 level
• Knowledge of French is a plus
• Commercial negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain business relationships
