Export Execution Manager

Location: Gdańsk, Leona Droszyńskiego Street

 

JOB:

• Directly overseeing deliveries, across all export distribution channels from receipt from customers to shipment

• Preparing and processing sales results under the management of the superiors

• Overseeing the execution of export transactions with customers, controlling incoming goods, and ensuring proper execution at the subordinate location

• Collaborating with Sales and other departments to ensure the most efficient execution of customer clearance

• Managing the subordinate executive responsibility for budget implementation, assigned by the superior

• Enables the use of sales invoices and advance payment invoices by the invoicing department

• Contacting customers to arrange delivery dates

In addition to the management application, also fulfilling the role of the execution officer

 

EXPECTATIONS:

• Higher education

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

• Minimum B2 English language skills

• Knowledge of French and German is a plus

• Fluency in MS Office

• Knowledge of international trade rules and export procedures

• Ability to read technical drawings

• Category B driving license
