ERP & Business Process Manager

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring business continuity in the area of ​​maintenance and development of AX2012 systems and related tools such as web shop (Infor Sale Portal), configurator (Infor CPQ), machine integration, etc.,
  • Proficient knowledge of the AX2012 system, min. R2: advanced level design module,
  • Proficient knowledge of AX2012 system administration (user access, user permissions, workflow, batch jobs, etc., subcontracting),
  • Change Management: initiating, supervising and coordinating work on changes in AX2012 and related tools,
  • Incident Management: team coordination in the field of current problems in the functioning of the AX system and related tools,
  • The first line of contact between local business structures and internal resources (up to EMEIA level) and external IT resources (subcontractors).

 

 

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of MS Power BI,
  • Knowledge of the functioning of the D365 environment and how to build integration with AX2012,
  • Fluent knowledge of English in speech and writing,
  • Ability to work under pressure,
  • Basic knowledge of SQL,
  • Knowledge of, among others: one tool from the D365 family, such as D365 Sales, D365 CRM, D365 Field Service.
