BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Location: Gdańsk, Leona Droszyńskiego Street 24, Building F2

/ Warsaw, Iłżecka Street 24, Building F2

 

Responsibilities:

• Actively acquiring and developing customers in foreign markets

• Building and implementing export sales development strategies

• Identifying new markets and business opportunities

• Conducting trade negotiations with foreign partners

• Managing relationships with Key Accounts

• Collaborating with sales, marketing, logistics, and production departments

• Monitoring market trends and competitive activities

• Representing the company at international trade fairs and events

• Team management

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with export experience preferred

• Experience working with foreign markets

• Excellent command of English (required)

• Knowledge of additional languages ​​would be an asset

• Negotiation and analytical skills

• Independence, proactivity, and goal-oriented approach

• Willingness to travel
