We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic Finance Team on a 12-month contract. As part of our ongoing development and planned integrations, this role will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our EMEA region. Reporting directly to the International Payroll Manager, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the existing EMEA Payroll Shared Services team. As our Payroll Analyst, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

 

  • Processing end-to-end payroll for EMEA employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborating with HR and other departments to maintain accurate employee data and resolve any payroll-related queries.
  • Handling payroll adjustments, including bonuses, commissions, and other compensation elements.
  • Preparing and submitting payroll reports, tax filings, and statutory payments.
  • Assisting in implementing process improvements and automation within the payroll function.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries.

 

What we will love about your background: 

 

  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of EMEA payroll regulations and tax laws.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

 

Your Experience and Education include:      

       

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably within an international context.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of EMEA payroll regulations and tax laws.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
