We are looking for an organized and experienced person to imbed a culture of ongoing development in our organization, the qualified candidate will have responsibility for managing and tracking our ongoing improvement program implementation and progress.

The successful candidate will evaluate our needs and current practices, they will create and deliver a plan to complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources.

As our Training & Transformation Analyst  you’ll support HID’s success by: 

 

  • Assess current practices and needs related to ongoing development for all departments and business areas in the company
  • Manage learning plans, budgets, and implementation
  • Assess specifications and interpret technical standards
  • Track and compile data to provide accurate reporting
  • Develop materials based on data and research, and business requirements
  • Create strategies, initiatives, and materials
  • Utilize vendors, internal and external resources for instructional technology
  • Test and review created materials
  • Maintain a database of all training materials
  • Maintain training record systems
  • Conduct employee onboarding and deliver planned training as required
  • Develop synergies by integrating training for different systems Quality, H&S, Environmental
  • Coordinate and monitor enrolment, schedules, costs and equipment

Your Experience and Education include:   

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Business, Human Resources, or related field is essential.
  • Knowledge of QMS is essential.
  • Three to five years’ previous experience in process improvement, continuous improvement, corporate training, or related position in a multinational manufacturing organisation is preferable.
  • Certification from training associations a plus.
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety systems is desirable.
  • Knowledge of workplace EMS is desirable.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing
  • Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
  • Experience of administering a document control system is desirable
  • Strict adherence to company values, mission statement and company goals
  • Experience in use of Agile (HID)

 

 

Work Requirements :

 

  • Compliance to all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.
  • Travel and fieldwork, including international travel may be required. Therefore, employee must possess, or be able to acquire a valid passport.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Ireland.
