Senior AI-first Fullstack Developer

What you would do as our Senior AI-First Full Stack Developer

As our Senior AI-First Full Stack Developer, you would improve and enhance our existing products and value-added services and develop and maintain mobile applications.

You would also:
• Build integrations with municipalities and external services to retrieve, exchange, and manage relevant data.
• Create smart solutions and internal tools used across the company, increasingly powered by AI.
• Design and implement AI-driven features and tools, including AI agents, LLM integrations, and automations that improve both our products and the way our teams work.

The skills and experience you need 

By AI-first, we mean someone who naturally incorporates AI into their daily workflow, uses AI tools to write, review, and understand code, and is genuinely curious about the rapidly evolving AI landscape and its potential impact on our products. 

We are looking for someone who has:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly comprehend and contribute to a complex codebase and help us continuously improve our platform.
• Experience with Laravel, Livewire, and Tailwind CSS for building modern, scalable web applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar solutions.
• The ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-have qualifications include experience building AI-powered features (such as LLM APIs, agents, RAG, MCP, or similar technologies), working with MySQL, cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, developing applications with React Native, and integrating with APIs.
