About the Role
As a Quality Roving Inspector, you will play an essential role in supporting our Quality Assurance team. You’ll be hands-on across multiple stages of our manufacturing and assembly processes—ensuring our products meet the high standards our customers expect.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and being part of a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily testing to meet quality targets
- Perform raw material (in-goods) inspections
- Complete first-off sampling for moulding and assembly
- Carry out in-process inspections, including line audits
- Conduct final assembly testing and warehouse inspections
- Inspect and process returned goods
- Control calibration of gauges, instruments, jigs, and fixtures
- Perform QA outgoing inspections using lot acceptance sampling
- Accurately record and report testing results
- Maintain testing equipment in excellent working order
- Collaborate with manufacturing, inventory, and purchasing teams
- Follow quality procedures and drive continuous improvement

- Ability to read technical drawings and use verniers/micrometres
- Strong attention to detail and a disciplined work style

Physical Requirement: Ability to lift up to 15 kg regularly.
