This isn’t your regular Customer Service Representative position. This is a dynamic role that will give you the opportunity to make your mark on the identification technology industry. The Customer Experience Representative is responsible for the entirety of processing of customer orders including order entry, checking production, order acknowledgement, shipping status and invoice documents. This person will be the primary interface between the sales team and the customer to ensure smooth and accurate transfer of information and product. HID’s Customer Service Department: 
IDT is creating trusted identities for IoT applications through Smart Components and Enabling Services. We work closely with our customers to proactively solve issues by providing resources and tools, coaching, training, and development. Our main goal is to have happy, satisfied, and fulfilled customers.

As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

  • Entering purchase orders into the ERP system
  • Ensuring that goods are shipped on time and regularly updating customer on order status
  • Following up order flows in coordination with production planning and material supply


What we will love about your background: 

  • Previous ERP and CRM experience with Oracle and Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of technical characteristics of RFID products
  • Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese
  • Project ownership experience from start to finish


Your Experience and Education include:             

  • Associates Degree, preferably in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; candidates with equivalent education plus relevant work experience may also be considered.
  • 2+ years previous experience in a customer service, account management or related position.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
