What you would do as our Digital Market Specialist
As the digital Marketing Specialist for the Global solutions division of ASSA ABLOY, you will follow, implement, optimize and report on digital marketing strategies that drive awareness and lead generation for our Vingcard brand. As the main brand within ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions Hospitality, Vingcard represents a core part of our portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-impact campaigns aligned to a unified go-to-market strategy. This is a hands-on position for someone who can execute with minimal onboarding and turn performance data into ongoing optimization and growth.
You would also be responsible for:
• SEO, AEO & content optimization: Own and execute SEO and Answer Engine Optimization strategies (keyword research, on‑page optimization, internal linking, basic technical SEO), partnering with content and product marketing to brief, optimize, and refresh our websites to drive qualified organic traffic and lead generation.
• Paid media & demand generation: Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns (search, paid social, retargeting), as well as integrated digital demand‑generation campaigns across web, paid, email support, and content syndication to drive efficient MQLs and pipeline contribution through targeting, testing, and continuous optimization.
• Website & landing page management: Manage website content and performance, build and optimize campaign landing pages, ensure accurate tracking, and run ongoing A/B testing to improve conversion and user experience.
• Performance analytics & reporting: Track and report on website and campaign performance, build and maintain dashboards (Power BI or similar), and translate data into actionable insights and next steps for optimization and growth.
• Cross‑functional collaboration: Coordinate closely with regional marketing teams, product teams, sales stakeholders, and external agencies to deliver on‑time campaigns, ensure lead quality and tracking, and maintain alignment with business priorities and go‑to‑market strategy.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
• Strong hands‑on digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B environments, with exposure to Hospitality, SaaS, or complex solution‑based industries preferred, and a proven ability to independently implement and optimize digital strategies across SEO/AEO and paid media with measurable performance outcomes.
• Strong SEO and AEO expertise, including keyword research, content optimization, on‑page SEO, basic technical SEO, and ongoing performance monitoring using Search Console and other SEO tools.
• Robust paid media execution skills, with experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns end‑to‑end, including setup, targeting, bid and budget management, testing, and continuous optimization toward CPL and MQL goals.
• Solid analytics and performance measurement capability, with confidence using GA4 or Matomo to track results, translate data into insights, and inform optimization and decision‑making.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills, enabling effective cross‑functional coordination and on‑time delivery, alongside a relevant degree in Marketing, Business, Communications (or equivalent practical experience with a strong track record) and full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Power BI marketing dashboards, and AI tools applied across content workflows, automation, research, and analytics, supported by strong quality control and governance, and additional language skills beyond English (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese, French, or German) are strong assets.
