What you would do as our Integration Specialist
You would be an integral part of our Service Operations function, responsible for solution implementation, maintenance projects, and consultation services.
You would also:
⦁    Provide technical integration expertise in various customer projects.
⦁    Play a key role in developing service operations processes and practices with team members and stakeholders.
⦁    Act as a technical integration specialist for both end customers and internal stakeholders, helping them achieve business and project goals.
⦁    Maintain and developing our IT infrastructure in collaboration with our vendors.
⦁    Deliver a first-class customer experience as part of our Services organization.

 

 

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:
⦁    A strong "can-do" attitude with a willingness to dive into technical details; systematic and solution oriented.
⦁    Experience with API and integration technologies, as well as scripting.
⦁    Experience in integration consultation and support in customer interfaces.
⦁    Knowledge of Linux and databases.
⦁    Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a significant plus.
⦁    A commitment to high standards of information security.
⦁    A customer-centric mindset with good interpersonal skills and the ability to understand business principles.
⦁    Fluency in Finnish and preferably English, both written and verbal.
