What you would do as our Process & Project Office Manager
You would take ownership of the product portfolio and innovation processes, ensuring their continuous development and optimization. Additionally, you would be responsible for developing and maintaining the tools and systems required to support the Product Management (PM) and Research & Development (R&D) processes within the Mechanical Product Unit. You would be responsible for the project office and product sustainability within the Mechanical Product unit and report directly to the Vice President and Head of Mechanical Core Nordics.
You would also:
- Act as the process owner/leader for the Product Portfolio and Innovation processes, ensuring continuous optimization.
- Lead functions responsible for product sustainability and product data management, driving their strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
- Oversee multiple project leaders and hold accountability for delivering project outcomes on time and within scope.
- Improve the efficiency of project management processes with a focus on reducing project throughput time as a key performance metric.
- Drive performance improvements across all areas within the Mechanical Product Unit (PU) through effective communication, strategic initiatives, and leadership excellence.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a managerial role, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and drive results.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for driving continuous improvements. You also have a high level of initiative and a strong sense of ownership.
- Proven expertise in project management and leadership, with experience in working within a matrix organization and managing virtual teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively, and fluency in English.
- A relevant university degree or equivalent educational background.
