About the role – Warehouse and Manufacturing Manager

The successful candidate will lead our operations at our Epping site. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, enjoys working closely with their team, and brings strong experience in warehouse operations, production planning, and people management. While the role is based in Epping, occasional travel to our Bangholme site may be required.

 

Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain and Manufacturing, the role is responsible for:

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse and manufacturing operations at the Epping site.
  • Lead, support and develop a dedicated team of warehouse and production staff.
  • Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet demand and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy and stock management.
  • Oversee goods receiving, storage, dispatch and logistics coordination.

 

Skills & experience

  • Proven experience in warehouse and/or manufacturing management.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills – a natural role model.
  • Excellent knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and warehousing practices.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to work under pressure.
  • Forklift licence and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems highly regarded.
