About the role – Service Coordinator


The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily dispatch and navigation of Technicians and Sub-contractors to ensure achievement of service, productivity, efficiency and required transactional standards of AAES Pacific.

 

Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, the role is responsible for:

  • Collaborate closely with the Service Operations Manager and fellow Service Coordinators to manage Service Technicians schedules and rosters across multiple states.
  • Organise and schedule Technicians' workloads, including planned maintenance, quoted works, on-call rosters, and emergency breakdowns, to ensure consistent and accurate navigation of Technicians, keeping them constantly moving and maximising productivity.
  • Coordinate Sub-contractors for works and invoice approvals, ensuring efficient service delivery across various states.
  • Address and escalate customer issues related to jobs, invoicing, and installation in a timely manner, regardless of the state.
  • Maintain and update simPRO, ensuring all job stages, customer/site information is accurate and up-to-date.

 

Skills & experience

  • A minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in a similar service position
  • Knowledge of the maintenance and service processes
  • Geographic knowledge of city/state
  • Understanding of service business i.e. maintenance process and technical understanding including product knowledge
