Tell Manufacturing (an ASSA ABLOY branded company) is growing and we are looking for a National Account Manager in Indiana to support our customers in the Metal Building industry. This role focuses on strategic account planning, promotional execution, and collaboration across sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to drive profitable growth.

What would you do as our National Account Manager?
You’ll partner with key decision makers to develop and implement account strategies, lead promotional initiatives, and deliver quarterly business reviews. You’ll play a critical role in forecasting, demand planning, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
You would also:
- Build and maintain relationships with merchandising, marketing, and sales leaders
- Lead sales meetings, new product launches, and trade show participation
- Manage promotional plans and forecasts in partnership with supply chain teams
- Negotiate and manage customer contracts and strategic partnerships
- Align retail strategies with internal Business Development teams
- Develop customer growth strategies including sales plans, promotions, and new product introductions
- Lead and coordinate all promotional and advertising initiatives for assigned accounts
- Special assignments as assigned
The Skills and Experience You Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required
- 5+ years of experience in National Account Management or Marketing Management
- Prior experience in the Metal Building industry preferred
- Strong sales, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-directed, motivated, and results-driven
- Travel required for customer meetings, trade shows, and training events
- 50–60% travel required
