What you would do as our Service Engineer

We are looking for someone who will work with service, safety, repair, and upgrades of our customers' equipment. We service all types of entrance solutions for all kinds of customers. Right from the industrial door in the warehouse, the docking solution for the goods to the hangar gate at the airport.
This critical customer facing role requires the highest level of customer service to meet the needs and standards of our customer base, and you would: 

•    Service and repairs of docking and door solutions at our customers in and around your area.
•    Optimal technical solutions
•    Maintaining relationships with our service customers
•    Management of own work tasks
•    Contact with administration in Dublin
 
The skills and experience you need 

We are looking for someone who: 
•    has experience as mechanical or electrical engineer.
•    enjoys interacting with customers.
Ideally you will be responsible, reliable, punctual and trustworthy. You will represent the company in a professional and supportive manner, developing positive working relationships with our customers as well as co-workers. Your confidence in providing first class customer service will be key.
