Production Admin / Support Team Member

What you would do as our Production Admin / Support Team Member

 

We are looking for someone who will help us support the order fulfilment for our customers.

 

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you would:

  • Process and expedite customers’ orders
  • Liaise with customers and staff, build relationships and handle complaints if necessary
  • Help to train operatives
  • Help us maintain our safety and quality standards, and maintain our stock inventories
  • Look after the digital printing activities – and you’ll receive training for this!

 

The skills and experience you need

 

We are looking for someone who:

 

  • has experience working in a similar role
  • has excellent organisational skills
  • feels confident with scheduling order delivery to meet customer requirements

Ideally, you would be a team player, with good communication skills and an energetic and positive approach to work! You are computer literate and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
