What you would do as our Finance Manager / Head of Finance
As our Finance Manager / Head of Finance you will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial integrity and compliance across the business. You will adhere to all UK&I Group reporting requirements and deadlines, facilitate the annual audit with external auditors and reduce the company’s exposure to financial risk.

This exciting opportunity will allow you to support the Managing Director with finance team recruitment and lead local inductions. You’ll also develop financial talent, improve processes and systems, strengthen controls, and contribute to strategic decision-making and key business initiatives.

You would also:

• Develop financial strategies aligned with company goals, set achievable targets and guide decision-making through insightful analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all financial reports, while analyzing data to identify trends and improve resource allocation.
• Collaborate with senior management to optimize working capital and create budgets that enhance financial performance.
• Lead and develop finance team members, support recruitment, and drive continuous improvement in processes and technology.
• Strengthen financial controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and streamline reporting processes for greater efficiency.

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in a finance leadership role.
• Has relevant industry knowledge.
• Has experience of subscription based recurring revenue models also desirable.
• Has a post qualified professional accountancy qualification. CIMA, ACCA, ICA or similar.
