Finance Assistant

What would you do as our Finance Assistant?

As our Finance Assistant you will Investigate and resolve supplier and customer queries in a timely and efficient manner as well as processing supplier invoices and payments. This exciting role will enable you to collaborate with Finance Management for all finance matters relating to HKC Security, operating at the forefront of digital security and smart living.

 You would also:

  • Process supplier invoices and payments to tight deadlines.
  • Record all bank receipts and payments on Opera and complete daily bank reconciliations.
  • Process and issue sales invoices.
  • Proactive in suggesting improvements and amending processes to improve efficiency where appropriate.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the finance team.

 

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of Opera would be an advantage.
  • Ability prioritising tasks and working to deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, numerical and communication skills.
