What you would do as our Customer Support- Electronics Security Systems
As our Customer Support you will provide support for HKC’s intruder alarm solutions. A key focus of the role will be in assisting customers, partners and resellers via phone and email offering remote diagnostics and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. This exciting opportunity will offer a chance to expand your expertise in security technology, access control systems, and subscription services, working alongside a dynamic and supportive team.
You would also:
• Deliver Tier 1 telephone support to customers, partners, and resellers with prompt and effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot and document technical issues, replicating faults using test systems.
• Collaborate with Sales & Operations teams to resolve field problems efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical resolutions in the CRM.
• Support training, product testing, and R&D initiatives including field trials and validations.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of electronics hardware and/or software applications.
• Experience with computer systems and software installations.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
