Sr. Sales Executive

Job summary:
This position will be responsible for driving growth in the Energy sector through Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems and Access Control solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor of Electrical/Electronics/Controls Engineering.
- 5-7 years’ experience with Hospitality verticals, EMS, GRMS, Lighting controls, HVAC controls knowledge
- Excellent English language and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of EMS Solutions in the Hospitality Vertical business in UAE.
- Responsible for planning and achievement of the annual revenue.
- Working closely with Country Manager in developing Channel partners for Hospitality as well as working across other SBUs within AAGS to grow the business.
- Work closely with Country Manager / Solution Architect and support the team in specifying AAGS Hospitality systems across all Mega / Giga Hospitality projects through ELV Consultants / ID’s / End-Users.
- Drive demand generation activities in the Hospitality vertical for EMS together with the team.
- Develop relationships with clients, consultants, developers, hotel operators, ID’s, contractors, and system integrators.
- Influence the design in favor of EMS, ensure sample boards and mockups are delivered as per customer expectations.
- Support Channel Partner Sales team in closing the projects with contractors.
- Map and manage the multi facility key accounts of consultants, clients, and developers.
- Liaise with the technical team from time to time to ensure smooth project / account management.
- To provide Management Monthly forecast report, Quarterly forecasts etc for Sales.
- Provide Weekly activities/ Sales report and manage CRM efficiently.
- Responsible for Company’s clients’ overall satisfaction with product line in assigned area.
- Review contracts documents and make necessary changes/ amendments as per Companies policies.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
