Profile Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative, Visitor Management, reports to the Sales Manager, Visitor Management. Primary responsibilities are to grow and maintain revenue, maximize Visitor Management footprint within the HID install base, and strengthen product selection through relationship building with HID prospects and partners who focus on Easy Lobby. The Inside Sales Representative, Visitor Management must effectively identify new opportunities throughout multiple levels within prospects, customers, and channel partner organizations. The Inside Sales Representative, Visitor Management, will be responsible for selling Easy Lobby Visitor Management software for a defined territory, primarily EMEA, as well as engaging with current and perspective partners.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned)

 Training & Performance:

      • Become a champion of HID Global Secure Issuance products and services in MEA
      • Focus on continuous personal development through HID training opportunities and self-guided study.
      • Understand the HID Secure Issuance Portfolio and be able to answer questions around full solution sets for customers as well as being able to identify how one product solution fits within their existing installed equipment.
      • Keep up to date on all HID products including improvements and new releases.

 

 Leads Management:

        • Categorization and management of leads: Process Sales Leads from available sources i.e. campaigns, events, enter new leads to SFDC, assign to Sales Manager/APP partner, monitor, record and report results

Record and maintain HID Global CRM tool to maximize opportunities :

        • Log and follow up on opportunities:
        • For up selling of added technology, products and/or services
        • Provide ongoing data combing and cleaning within SFDC to maintain accuracy of records
        • Manage and perform lead qualification (inquiry) tasks: Plan, implement, conduct and record call, email and direct mail campaigns.

 

Outbound Calls:

Uncover and qualify new projects and opportunities for our Regional Sales teams.

  • Plan and conduct presentation of HID Secure Issuance Solutions to resellers & end users via phone, direct mail and email.
  • Conduct outbound campaigns, coordinate for projects and other sales activities maintaining and developing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide complete and professional communications to prepare and conduct product demonstration & webinars for lead qualification and relationship building purposes. Communicate these results and action items through SFDC


Channel & Team Interaction:

  • Serve as a central point to help communicate with our team internally better (Operations, Customer Service & Logistics), the Sales Team and our channel partners in Europe
  • Use HID tools and guides to help customers identify and properly purchase HID products.
  • Serve as reliable contact for channel-Partners and have a customer centric hands on approach to engage with the partners along all contact points on the customer journey.


Reporting:

  • Maintain SFDC opportunity pipeline
  • Produce monthly KPI reports for the RSMs by sub-region
  • Maintain mapping of T2 resellers & integrators by geographies in co-ordination with the Regional Sales Managers
  • MEA Inside sales supports RSM’s, Supporting partners via teams meetings phone calls and email.
  • Identifying opportunities, tenders and project support
  • Raising SQ’s managing SQ’s
  • NCOF order creation: Sample demo kit, free of charge support product orders.
  • Chase orders, stock application and numbers
  • Proactive order monitoring follows up backlog orders and study and action of reports.
  • Release bottle neck order output: On stop customers, Order release negotiation.
  • Manage Demo/loan pool.
  • Salesforce ambassador, Training, testing, systems challenge
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: -

  • Associate degree or equivalent training and experience in sales, territory sales or customer service, ideally in security (IT/access control)
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in inside sales or account management
  • Proven & verifiable track record of successful quota achievement
  • Effective sales skills and up to date telecommunication and cold call skills
  • Effective and proven contact management database skills
  • Experience of working on projects and evidence of delivering to deadlines
  • Demonstrated time management, and organization skills: Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and complete short-term and/or long-term tasks and project assignments on time
  • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Professional appearance and presentation as required 

 

Computer Skills     

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams,etc.
  • Experience working with Oracle, Oracle Analytics and Salesforce
