Project Consultant - Steel door and Hardware - UAE
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, timelines and milestones, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Coordinate project kick-off meetings, assign responsibilities and communicate project expectations to team members.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- Track project expenses, budgets and resource utilization to ensure adherence to financial targets.
Resource Management:
- Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor resource availability, workload, and capacity to ensure appropriate allocation for project delivery.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and resource managers to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth operations.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communication, both internally and externally.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, document meeting minutes, and distribute action items to relevant stakeholders.
- Foster effective collaboration between cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and information flow.
- Provide timely updates to project stakeholders regarding project status, milestones, and potential risks.
- Arrange order acknowledgement and order confirmation along with lead time.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a delivery-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy & quality in project deliverables.
- Proficient in project management software & tools for planning & scheduling.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, adapting to changing project requirements.
