JOB PURPOSE:

To handle procurement functions and manage vendors for assigned category.

. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Strong negotiation and communication skills, goal oriented and preferably with CIPS certification.
2. Knowledge and experience in procurement practices
3. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
4. Procure requested materials from selected suppliers as per company standards adhering to quality, price, delivery terms and sustainability requirements.
5. Manage supplier relationships ensuring supplier meets required expectations with respect to quality, delivery and other required criteria.
6. Processing RFQ’s as per requirements and evaluate quotations.
7. Negotiating contracts as per required criteria and process orders for approved price.
8. Keep track of orders and populating system with required information.
9. Ensure procurement policies are being met and comply with company objectives and strategy.
10. Invoice and order processing.
11. Prepare required reports and keeping track of Inventory.
12. Co-ordinate with internal departments, suppliers to procure requested items ensuring the required price, quality, delivery are met as per company standards.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement field preferably in construction domain
• Degree in management/engineering preferably with CIPS certification
