Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned)
- Work closely with Sales and product development teams to align business development efforts with company goals
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understand their technical needs and ensure the company’s offerings meet those needs.
- Manage process and preparation of technical proposals and specifications with new and existing clients.
- Develop and understanding of major system integrator and end user target segments and their needs!
- Drive project specification into end users for products.
- Develop project pipeline from identified vertical for short term, midterm and long term and assist/advise the channel sales team to win the project.
- Identify new markets and sectors for potential growth and develop strategies to enter these markets.
- Work on increasing brand visibility and awareness within the target market.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in, Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Working technical knowledge of ID card printers’ both HW and SW. Ability to give live demos to partners, systems integrators, and end users . Additionally, we should be able to solve problem technical issues with HW and SW and give technical training to partners. Knowledge of smart cards encoding a plus and integration with third party SW.
- 5 years minimum experience in Technical Sales or Business Development in High Tech industry or related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Must possess good technical skill. Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, and Arabic
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to apply analytical tools to market/business analysis..
- Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with business partners in a global environment.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and cultural skills to effectively and professionally work with coworkers, partners, vendors, and customer domestically and internationally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Language Skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in English and Arabic language verbally and in writing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
Computer Skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Familiar with operating systems, such as windows
