Lean & Optimization Expert

Your responsibilities:

• Initiating and coordinating processes to improve organizational performance.
• Implementing projects related to process optimization.
• Supporting the organization in planning, coordinating, supervising, and analyzing the implementation of activities in the continuous improvement area and the implementation of Lean Management methodologies and tools.
• Implementing, enforcing, and monitoring adopted norms and standards.
• Supporting the continuous improvement initiative and problem-solving using Lean Management tools.

Our requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, initiating and coordinating optimization processes within the company.
• Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office.
• Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication (minimum B2 level).
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and excellent organizational skills.
