We are looking for a Pricing Manager (ID 31965) to work at the Diadema unit.

About the Role:

As the Pricing Manager at ASSA ABLOY Brazil, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing pricing strategies that drive growth and profitability. This position requires a keen analytical mind to deeply understand consumer trends, including volumes, net sales, trade margins, and promotional spending. Your insights will help identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, ensuring our products remain competitively positioned across all channels. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to develop and refine pricing strategies that align with our business objectives and enhance our market competitiveness. You will also represent Brazil on the Americas pricing Council, and work with the larger Americas team to achieve corporate goals and share Brazil’s best practices with the group.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy: Lead and develop the Pricing team, driving excellence in execution and optimizing resources. You will be responsible for standardizing pricing processes across business units, ensuring that pricing policies and discount strategies are effectively implemented across all categories and channels to meet company goals for volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Pricing Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive pricing strategies using data-driven insights to enhance market share and achieve business objectives. Regularly monitor and evaluate the impact of pricing and promotional activities, adjusting strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI). You will also oversee the development of innovative pricing models to optimize financial returns and ensure strong market positioning.

Market Analysis & Competitor Monitoring: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback. Leverage both structured and unstructured data to inform and refine pricing strategies, ensuring accurate product positioning in the market.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Integration: Lead the pricing committee, collaborating with executives across departments to drive value generation strategies, including margin management, transfer pricing, and tax optimization. Work closely with the Finance team to develop and monitor reports that support informed decision-making, such as gross-to-net analysis.

Annual Planning & Target Setting: Lead the sales and commercial planning cycle, ensuring that pricing strategies are aligned with broader marketing objectives. You will be responsible for setting and achieving annual pricing and promotional targets, ensuring both profitability and market competitiveness.

Continuous Analysis & Optimization: Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of pricing and promotional activities, making data-driven adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness. You will also analyze assortment price evolution, ensuring consistency with the overall group pricing strategy.

 

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a data-driven leader who excels in translating complex data into actionable strategies. Proficiency with tools such as Power BI and Excel is highly desirable. You should have a passion for turning insights into compelling narratives and possess strong communication skills to influence and align key stakeholders.
