What you would do as our Regional Sales Manager - OEM 

  • Delivery of commercial Sales budgets, growing profitable sales across the range of products, across the OEM/ OEM distribution & modular build markets in line with DHG Business plan KPI’s.
  • Delivering a specification approach for the door hardware portfolio, developing a strong pipeline of projects with the major OEMs. 
  • Implement Sales strategies in order that company operational and financial objectives are met. Working alongside peers in developing key market opportunities for Security, safety & architectural hardware products.
  • To carry out the role of regional sales manager taking responsibility for the strategic business direction of the category sales within our designated region.
  • To carry out the role of regional sales manager with integrity and professionalism, acting at all times in the interest of the Company.
  • To have an awareness, involvement and collaborate in all areas of the business but with particular emphasis on the Sales function.


The skills and experience you need.

  • Proven sales record in a multi-disciplined field-based role.
  • Previous Sales team management experience preferred.
  • Advanced technical sales skills in a B2B environment.
  • Must have a technical understanding of security products.
  • Preferred experience in the OEM Market and Door Manufactures.
  • Degree qualified or relevant experience.
  • Must hold a full UK driver licence.
