What would you do as our Supply Chain Planner
As our Supply Chain Planner, you will lead the effective management of inventory across the Mila supply chain, with a strong focus on reducing gross and net stock levels while maintaining a 98.5%+ OTIF service level. Your work will directly impact our ability to drive ROCE and deliver best-in-class customer experience.
You would also:
- Oversees stock levels and forecasting to meet availability and inventory KPI targets.
- Lead planning and forecasting activities across assigned supply chains, maintaining accurate system data and market forecasting.
- Manage purchase orders, expedite deliveries, and coordinates forecast changes with suppliers and customers.
- Utilise the exception reporting to drive performance improvements and optimise stock metrics.
- Handle operational issues such as invoice discrepancies, credits, returns, and inventory investment recommendations.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong foundation in supply chain management with experience in handling global trading.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environments requiring time-critical execution.
- Is skilled in managing complex systems and high-SKU inventory, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Is well versed in product lifecycle events, including promotions and changeovers, with a practical understanding of modern supply chain practices.
- Has exposure to manufacturing environments and can add value to the end-to-end supply chain coordination.
