What would you do as our Internal Sales Representative – Daventry
As our Internal Sales Representative you will take ownership of a defined customer base within a specific geographical area. In this vital role, you’ll work closely with the Area Sales Manager to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by supporting both existing clients and re-engaging dormant accounts. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a keen eye for spotting opportunities, thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and is motivated by delivering exceptional service
You would also:
- Own and manage a portfolio of customers within a defined geographical area, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and growth through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Oversee all aspects of customer account handling—processing accurate orders, coordinating with the warehouse, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Work closely with the Area Sales Manager and liaise regularly with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of customer behaviours and market needs to identify opportunities for new product sales and business development during monthly strategic reviews.
- Be responsible for the health, safety and welfare of self and colleagues in accordance with group and local EHS procedures.
