HID’s Corporate Development Team


This role is part of the Pricing Operations Team within the Corporate Development Function and reports into the Director of Pricing Operations.  The Pricing Operations team is accountable for executing operational activities related to pricing and quoting in addition to defining the strategies and actions required to maintain and improve pricing and quoting system modules utilized within HID Global.  In this role you will leverage your leadership and technical skills to ensure the timely delivery of technology solutions that are sustainable, scalable, and meet objectives across key stakeholders. The individual in this position will have corporate wide visibility and be involved in interactions across all levels and areas of the organization. This role provides a great foundation for future growth opportunities within the team or the broader HID Global organization.


As our Senior Pricing Analyst, you will support HID’s success by: 


  • Consulting within the organization to identify, capture, and analyze functional requirements.
  • Participating in the technical design process to ensure solution architectures are sustainable, scalable and will execute as intended.
  • Leading the development of tools that will result in more accurate customer profitability assessment and decision-making.
  • Being the Oracle Advanced Pricing subject matter expert, who key stakeholders and team members can rely on for support, feedback, and guidance toward best practices.
  • Participating and providing guidance to other business areas and system users during user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Providing input and support for upgrades, capacity planning, and best practices.
  • Providing operational pricing support for routine and complex pricing requests, such as regional modifiers, currency exchange, promotions, etc.
  • Documenting and maintaining global pricing processes and workflows.
  • Developing and providing training on pricing tools, policies, and procedures.

  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to coordinate with others to hit deadlines.
  • Experience working in the Agile development methodology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage and work with cross-functional teams; must be highly collaborative.
  • Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills: ability to organize, compare, and combine large and complex data sets.
  • Experience learning and utilizing technical business systems; experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle/Agile PLM, Oracle CPQ and Salesforce CRM systems is desired.
  • Ability to travel 15% both domestically and internationally.
  • Go-getter with the desire to continually improve professionally.


Your Experience and Education include:             

  • 8 years of progressive business experience in a corporate, finance or IT function preferred.
  • 2 years of experience with the Advanced Pricing module within Oracle EBS or demonstrated. experience with other ERP systems, such as SAP.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
