Position Summary
The Global Operations Change & Communications Manager will lead organizational change management, operational communications, employee engagement, and internal communications initiatives across the Global Solutions Operations organization.
This role will play a critical part in supporting ERP deployments, PMO governance, operational initiatives, and business readiness activities by ensuring employees are informed, engaged, prepared, and aligned throughout all phases of operational change.
In addition to communications and change management responsibilities, this role will own the modernization and ongoing management of the Operations intranet presence, including operational landing pages, governance repositories, deployment communication hubs, and employee-facing operational content.
The ideal candidate is energetic, positive, highly collaborative, digitally savvy, organized, and passionate about creating strong employee engagement and communication experiences across a global organization.
Reporting Structure
This position will report into the PMO organization with close alignment and partnership across Global Operations leadership.
The role will serve as a central coordination point between PMO, business leaders, regional teams, workstream managers, IT, and operational stakeholders to ensure consistent communication, alignment, and employee engagement across operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management & Business Readiness

Lead change management activities supporting ERP deployments and operational initiatives

Develop and execute structured change and communication plans across deployment waves and operational programs

Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and organizational readiness activities

Support employee adoption, engagement, and transition planning

Partner with project managers, workstream leads, and business stakeholders to identify communication needs, change impacts, and adoption risks

Coordinate business readiness and end-user engagement activities

Support training coordination and communication planning
Communications & Employee Engagement

Develop and manage operational communication strategies across Global Solutions Operations

Create executive-ready communications, announcements, newsletters, presentations, and operational updates

Build engaging employee communications supporting operational initiatives, ERP deployments, and business activities

Support leadership messaging and organizational alignment initiatives

Drive positive employee engagement and maintain clear communication during periods of operational change

Coordinate and support town halls, workshops, webinars, and employee engagement sessions

Promote strong collaboration and communication across global teams and regions
ERP & PMO Support

Support ERP deployment readiness and communication activities by wave and region

Manage deployment communication plans, go-live engagement activities, and readiness communications

Maintain deployment landing pages, FAQs, readiness materials, and communication repositories

Support PMO governance communications and operational reporting activities
