Achieving objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
- Successfully managing existing accounts and developing new ones.
- Proven track record of accomplishments in building key accounts with increased penetration.
- Providing on time and up-to-date reports, statistics and forecasts every month, utilizing the Salesforce CRM system.
- Securing business in current markets, while increasing business in new markets.
- Improving the pipeline and proposal development capture rate.
- Providing clear and definitive leadership and vision in building the sales team.
- Managing and developing the function of inside sales to generate and qualify leads into opportunities.
- Motivating and advising the team to enhance performance.
- Coaching the team to create value in the sales process.
- Ensuring that the team works across the business with other sales teams.
- Representing the company at trade shows and/or visiting exhibitions.
- Recommending program improvements and process efficiencies.

Familiarity and experience selling through channel partners in Latin America.

Proven ability to drive sales processes from plan to close, think strategically, synthesize complex business and financial data, and develop innovative solutions.

- Flexible, highly motivated, proactive, and autonomous.
- Focused on customer needs and satisfaction to create added value.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- University degree in business, marketing or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Successful previous experience as a sales leadership consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Knowledge and market success in the secure identity industry.
- A minimum of 8 years of industry-related experience required, preferably in channel sales management.
- Prior leadership experience providing coaching and guidance to commercial teams.

Ability to effectively communicate in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, both verbally and in writing.

Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Awareness and exposure to AI tools.
